TruBlue Home Service Ally in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Lead Home Service Technician to guide hands-on repairs, mentor a team of Tru-Pro technicians, and uphold our high standards of safety, reliability, and customer care.

You will communicate clearly with clients, manage on-site expectations, and ensure quality across every project while supporting a culture of teamwork and growth within a trusted nationwide franchise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on home repair or construction experience.
• Experience mentoring other technicians preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Committed to doing the job right and doing right by your team and clients.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and full toolset.
• Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
