Job summary

TruBlue Home Service Ally is seeking a senior field leader to guide a team of Tru-Pro technicians on-site, delivering high-quality home repairs and upgrades. You will mentor teammates, uphold safety and customer care standards, and ensure reliable execution of projects across locations.

You bring 10+ years of hands-on repair experience, strong communication, and a proven ability to lead by example, with a valid driver’s license and transportation. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on home repair or construction experience.
• Experience managing or mentoring other technicians is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Committed to doing the job right and doing right by your team and clients.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
