Professional Organizer New Orleans is seeking to hire part-time lead organizers to join our growing team. You will manage organizing projects solo or with assistants, declutter spaces, and deliver high-quality results for clients in New Orleans and surrounding areas.

The role is a part-time independent contractor position with flexible daytime hours seven days a week. Candidates should be experienced, reliable, and capable of lifting up to 30 pounds, with a keen eye for detail and design.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in home organizing or similar role (organizing, decluttering, packing/unpacking).
• Flexible, daytime availability.
• Compassionate, non-judgmental and upbeat attitude.
• Honest, trustworthy, reliable, and punctual.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Enjoy getting hands dirty and tackling big messes.
• Strong at organizing, folding, filing, color coding and labeling.
• Experience packing a home.
• Eye for style, design and function in the home.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds, bend, reach, and navigate stairs.

Responsibilities
