NEAT Method Silicon Valley is seeking a hardworking individual to assist in resolving clients’ organizational challenges. You will help with client consultations, create a customized action plan, and implement organizing processes for each project.

Additionally, you may perform personal shopping for organizational products and assist with unpacking and organizing after a move. Hours are generally Monday–Friday, 9–5, on an as-needed basis with varying times.

Qualifications

• Exhibit strong interpersonal and conversational skills
• Value a strong work ethic and a positive attitude with ability to work with a variety of personalities
• Basic understanding of organizing processes and principals (or be willing to learn)
• Exhibit professionalism and honesty
• Demonstrate confidence and the ability to take charge, while also deferring to the Lead Organizer
• Respect your safety as well as the safety of others
• Maintain physical ability to work on your feet for several hours at a time, lifting heavy items, climbing ladders, etc.
• Availability M-F, 9-5 on an as needed basis. Hours will vary.
