Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• One year of nursing experience.
• Active Virginia RN license or multi-state RN licensure with Virginia privileges.
• Current American Heart Association BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and manages care for assigned patients.
• Documents patient care completely, accurately, and timely.
• Leads and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to plan patient care.
• Participates in performance improvement initiatives affecting patient outcomes.
• Supports patient and caregiver education with applicable resources.
• Handles conflict resolution in a timely, appropriate manner.
• Engages in ongoing professional development and continuing education.
• Other duties as assigned.
