Job summary

The VIOS Clinic is seeking a Lead Caregiver to provide compassionate, person-centered support to individuals in home and community settings. You will lead care delivery, mentor other caregivers, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to tailor support.

Responsibilities include hands-on personal care, documenting routines, and advocating for safety and independence in line with high-quality care standards.
