Job summary

Health, Inc. Compassionate Lead Caregiver / LNA / CNA to provide non-medical in-home support for older adults, promoting dignity, independence, and meaningful companionship.

In this role you will assist with personal care and mobility, prepare meals, provide medication reminders, and monitor client condition while coordinating with the care team and mentoring fellow caregivers.

Qualifications

• LNA/CNA certification or equivalent caregiver credentials.
• Strong empathy, patience, and respect for seniors.
• Ability to support daily living activities and mobility safely.
• Good communication skills for documenting and reporting client status.
