Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of highway maintenance and construction equipment to restore and maintain roadways.
• Install permanent and temporary pavement markings and signage.
• Establish traffic controls in maintenance and construction zones.
• Perform snow removal, salting, and anti-icing activities as needed.
• Monitor safety, report incidents, and respond to emergencies outside normal hours.
• Maintain right-of-way, landscape areas, and drainage facilities.
• Assist supervisor with planning, scheduling, and evaluating maintenance work.
