Qualifications

• 6+ years of recruiting or HR experience.
• Experience building, coaching and managing a recruiting team.
• Experience managing large dispersed recruiting/sourcing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting execution for high-volume data center hiring across multiple job families.
• Develop and execute strategies to reach hiring targets.
• Partner with business to translate demand into recruiting plans.
• Drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes, tools, and metrics increasing efficiency and candidate quality.
• Lead and develop a team of recruiters.
