Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Global Procurement Manager to lead the Data Center Procurement team within AIS-SC, overseeing regional and global category strategies for data center goods and services.

You will manage a global team across Americas, Europe, the Middle East & Africa, and Asia Pacific, driving supplier relations, process automation, and measurable cost improvements while partnering with internal stakeholders to align procurement with AWS growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of building and leading large teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience communicating with C-level executives and cross-functional teams
• Experience thinking strategically about business, enterprise software, and new tech platforms
• Experience negotiating VP-level contracts with channel partners and agencies
• Experience collaborating with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Senior Leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of procurement managers to develop and execute regional and global category strategies
• Build and strengthen supplier qualification programs and mitigate supply-base risk
• Partner with internal automation teams to optimize procurement processes across tools and systems
• Establish regular business review cadences across regions and with internal customer leadership
• Define and track performance metrics to evaluate team effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
