Qualifications

• Must have coach certification in MHSA program on first day of employment.
• Member of the Montana Coaches Association.
• First Aid/AED/CPR Certified.
• Ability to maintain professional relationships with staff, students, parents, media and public.
• Ability to meet high safety standards and to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Fosters school spirit, sportsmanship, and a positive atmosphere at events.
• Maintains proactive plans and documents on file.
• Monitors pre- and post-practices, games, and trips.
• Ensures safety of the practice/game field and facilities.

• Adheres to district policies and MHSA/NFHS guidelines.
• Keeps up with MHSA mandatory coach/advisor rules.
