Qualifications

Candidates must have successful softball coaching experience.
Must be able to pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing.
Candidates must be willing to complete trainings mandated by the OSAA prior to working with CCSD athletes: NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching, Anabolic Steroids, Concussion Management, and Guide to Heat Acclimatization.

Responsibilities

Maintain inventories and ensure proper issuance and care of equipment.
Maintain safe and usable facilities for practices and games.
Schedule organized practices and communicate with staff, students, parents, and media.
Supervise coaches and coordinate with Athletic Director on finances, eligibility, and policies.
Demonstrate sports skills and safety procedures; prevent injuries and ensure trained coverage.
