Job summary

Qualifications

• Successful coaching experience in the sport (high school).
• Keep current with new knowledge and innovative ideas and techniques in softball.
• Responsible for promoting softball throughout the School District and community positively.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive learning environment and be a positive role model for athletes.
• Teach the skills necessary for successful softball performance.
• Manage athlete behavior during training, meets and events.
• Supervise assistant coaches.
• Protect students, equipment, and facilities.
