Qualifications

• Experience in coaching/participating in golf is preferred.
• Knowledge of cross country techniques and strategies.
• Must meet all WA State Coaching Standards (WIAA requirements).
• Ability to communicate positively and effectively with students, parents, staff and community members.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills to support running a solid high school program.
• Successful experience working with teenage athletes.
• Ability to motivate teens to reach their highest potential academically through sportsmanship.
