Qualifications

• Experience organizing tournaments and coordinating with staff is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead after-school practice sessions (approx. 2.5 hours, two days per week) and manage evenings/weekends for tournaments.
• Teach debate formats and strategies, provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Organize tournament participation and mentor students on teamwork and leadership.
• Coordinate with school staff and parents and foster an inclusive environment.
