This hands‑on leadership role requires a multifamily maintenance professional with deep knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical and fire/life‑safety systems, capable of supervising a team of 10+ technicians and coordinating contractors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive building maintenance experience.
• Experience supervising or leading a sizable maintenance team.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and fire‑life safety systems.
• Experience in high‑rise or large multifamily properties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a maintenance team of 10+ employees at a large high‑rise community.
• Hands‑on leadership to troubleshoot and resolve complex building issues.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and life‑safety systems.
• Manage work orders, preventive maintenance, and resident service.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and capital projects.
• Ensure safety, compliance with OSHA and BLT standards.
