Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in Trust & Safety, content policy, or brand safety.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of senior professionals.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with experience managing high-performing teams.
• Ability to work with external partners to ensure policy and procedure expectations are met.
• Demonstrated systematic policy thinking and operational experience.
• Background in operational excellence with policy and process milestones.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and make decisions in important situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership, management, and direction to a multifaceted team.
• Own program performance tracking and evaluate strategies to meet goals.
• Act as senior escalation lead and coverage for USDS Policy Implementation team.
• Interface with government relations and communications on time-sensitive topics.
• Drive strategic response to US-based abuse trends and synthesize insights.
• Provide policy implementation support for safety strategies including keywords and search.
• Identify emerging policy risks and drive mitigations.
• Rely on data-driven assessments to inform policy development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to track evolving US and Global trends.
