Fresenius Medical Care Meridian seeks an experienced RN to lead the hemodialysis team and supervise direct patient care staff. You will work with physicians and the healthcare team to interpret and adjust patient care plans, ensuring safe, compliant dialysis delivery.

The role emphasizes staff guidance, in-service participation, training, and adherence to company policies and regulatory standards while maintaining a safe patient care environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (R.N.).
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Minimum of 9 months of nursing experience and 3 months dialysis experience.
• RN charge nurses must have 1 year clinical experience and 6 months dialysis experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide day to day guidance to direct patient care staff and participate in staffing decisions.
• Supervise patient care during dialysis and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Clinical Manager and attend regular staff meetings.
• Train, orient and evaluate staff; ensure safety and compliance with OSHA standards.
• Assess patient needs and respond to dialysis treatments as directed by physicians.
