Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of heavy highway or civil construction experience, including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of highway construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus, but not required).

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all OSHA, company safety policies, and job site safety plans.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, time cards, and job documentation.
