Job summary

Blue Sage Services LLC in Beaver, Oklahoma, is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator III. This role represents mastery of heavy civil equipment operations, performing finish-grade work, operating GPS-enabled machines, and guiding junior operators on projects.

You will lead production, interpret plans and layouts, coordinate with the Foreman, and uphold safety and quality standards while maintaining equipment and completing assessments.

Qualifications

• Extensive heavy civil equipment operating experience.
• Proven success as Operator II or equivalent.
• Advanced GPS machine control experience.
• CDL preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screenings.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate dozers, excavators, graders, scrapers, and all primary earthmoving equipment.
• Perform finish grading with and without GPS machine control.
• Utilize GPS systems, laser technology, and grade control equipment to meet project specifications.
• Coordinate daily work activities with the Foreman.
• Mentor and develop Operators I and II.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges while maintaining production.
• Complete the Blue Sage Services Level III Operator Assessment.
