Job summary

Dvorak, LLC seeks a Superintendent to provide on-site leadership and oversight for assigned electrical construction projects in the Mid-Atlantic region. You will manage safety, quality, manpower planning, production, scheduling, cost awareness, and customer satisfaction, serving as the primary field leader and coaching field teams.

The role requires five years of progressive construction or electrical contracting experience, the ability to work evenings and weekends, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Maryland Journeyman Electrician license is required.
• OSHA 10 certification is required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record is required.
• First Aid/CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site field execution and align manpower, schedule, materials with project plan.
• Mentor foremen and field crews across projects.
• Visit job sites regularly to monitor progress, productivity, and quality.
• Coordinate field activities with Project Managers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor manpower utilization, labor productivity, and material planning to control costs.
• Champion safety culture and ensure OSHA compliance on field sites.
• Maintain communication with project management and field leadership on status and challenges.
