Job summary

Dvorak, LLC is seeking an Electrical Foreman to oversee daily field operations, guide crews, and ensure projects are completed safely and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating manpower and materials, maintaining documentation, and serving as the liaison between project management, field teams, and clients. Leadership, hands-on approach, and safety/quality excellence are essential.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; trade or technical training preferred.
  • Reliable transportation required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive construction experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • Proven leadership skills to coach and motivate crews.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead field crews with professionalism and accountability.
  • Plan, schedule, and direct daily field activities to meet project goals.
  • Coach apprentices and journeymen to grow skills and teamwork.
  • Manage manpower, materials, and equipment for efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate documentation including reports, timecards, and safety logs.
  • Ensure work complies with plans, specs, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct safety meetings and promote safety-first culture.
  • Collaborate with project managers on scheduling and inspections.
  • Identify and communicate change orders promptly.
