Job summary

Dvorak, LLC in the Mid-Atlantic region seeks an Electrical Foreman to lead field crews, coordinate daily activities, and ensure safe, high-quality project delivery.

You’ll manage manpower, materials, and equipment, document progress, and be the liaison between project management, field teams, and clients. The role rewards leadership, growth, and commitment to safety and excellence on every site.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; trade training preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive construction experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • Journeyman Electrician License and OSHA 10/30 required.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Plan, schedule, and direct daily field activities to meet project goals.
  • Coach and mentor apprentices and journeymen, fostering skill growth and teamwork.

  • Identify and communicate change orders and additional work promptly.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in the field and takes pride in delivering quality work?

We’re looking for anElectrical Foremanto oversee daily operations on our job sites, lead field crews, and ensure that every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

You’ll coordinate manpower, manage resources, maintain job documentation, and serve as the key link between project management, field teams, and clients. This is a role for someone who knows how to get the job done — and inspire others to do the same. What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required; trade or technical training preferred.
  • Reliable transportation
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive construction experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate crews.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with project management or construction software (Vista, ProjectSight, or equivalent).

License/Certification:

  • Journeyman Electrician License (Required)
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $35.00 - $52.00 per hour (based upon experience)

Work Location: In person, field-based; may involve exposure to weather, heights, confined spaces, and loud noise. PPE required on all job sites.
