Job summary

The Beaver Companies are seeking a Project Manager/Estimator to oversee the planning and execution of multiple projects in Columbus, OH. You will work with project superintendents, owners, engineers, and managers to meet safety, quality, and schedule targets.

Responsibilities include leading meetings, developing schedules, coordinating subcontractors, and managing change orders. A Bachelor’s degree and 5 years in construction are required; supervisory experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of construction industry experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to meet timelines and budgets.
