Job summary

Ashton North LLC in Nashville is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead heavy civil construction projects from concept to completion. You will manage site plans, coordinate with clients and subs, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and safely.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy civil project management experience.
• Ability to read grading and utility plans, specifications, and geotechnical information.
• Knowledge of earthwork and site utility projects (grading, utilities).
• Strong knowledge of safety practices and OSHA guidelines.
• Strong math aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to lead crews and coordinate with multiple parties.

Responsibilities

• Attend client and subcontractor meetings to understand project requirements.
• Compare budget and bids to ensure alignment with project documents.
• Develop site-specific project plans and schedules.
• Inspect shop drawings, manufacturing, and installations to contract documents.
• Lead subcontractors and field supervision on the site.
