Responsibilities

• Deliver $10M–$100M+ heavy civil projects.
• Lead teams of 10+ staff.
• Oversee preconstruction, estimates, and execution strategy.
• Manage project schedule and cost control across multiple projects.
• Own project financials, forecasting, and profitability.
• Negotiate contracts and manage change orders.
• Build relationships with owners, municipalities, and agencies.
• Identify risks early and solve problems quickly.
• Support repeat business and client growth.
• Drive jobsite safety and accountability.
