Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC seeks a Senior Tunnel Project Manager to lead complex microtunneling, pipe jacking and trenchless infrastructure on West Coast projects valued from tens to hundreds of millions. You will oversee budgets, schedules, teams and safety while building client relationships and pursuing future work.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in heavy civil tunneling, 4+ years in direct tunnel project leadership, and strong expertise in MTBM, shaft construction, and deep excavations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/related field preferred.
• 15+ years of heavy civil construction experience.
• 4+ years directly managing tunneling/trenchless projects.
• Strong leadership, client relations and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead major tunneling and underground projects from start to closeout.
• Manage budgets, revenue, margins, schedules and risks.
• Develop and mentor project teams, including PMs and engineers.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers and subcontractors.
• Maintain safety culture and project quality.
