• Negotiate contracts and manage change orders.

• Identify risks early and solve problems fast.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who knows how to run complex heavy civil jobs without hand-holding.

This role is for someone who can take ownership of large-scale underground utility and deep sewer pipeline projects, lead teams, protect margins, and keep projects moving without excuses.

You’ll be trusted to run the job like it’s your own.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead and deliver $10M–$100M+ heavy civil projects
