Trumbull Corporation in the Pittsburgh region seeks Superintendents for heavy civil and highway construction projects. You will supervise, coordinate, and oversee crews, equipment, and subcontractors on high-profile infrastructure work.

Qualifications

• Must be familiar with the plans and understand the work being directed.
• Experience and knowledge to make changes to the construction method when budgets are not being met.

Responsibilities

• Plan craft activities with method, equipment, manpower, and materials.
• Coordinate labor and equipment with other Superintendents.
• Analyze plans for errors and cost-saving changes before construction.
• Monitor project budgets and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers to ensure timely material delivery.
• Supervise Foremen to ensure safety, quality, and budget adherence.
• Manage changes in scope or quantity as Change Orders and document Extra Work with Project Manager.
