Job summary

Trumbull Corp is seeking proven field leaders to provide hands-on leadership for crews performing bridge, roadway, structural concrete, and related heavy civil construction.

This position plans and directs daily field activities, coordinates labor, materials, tools, and equipment, and ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with plans, specifications, schedules, and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven field leadership experience in heavy civil construction very desirable.
• Strong ability to coordinate crews, materials and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Experience overseeing bridge and roadway projects a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct daily field activities, coordinating labor, materials, tools and equipment to ensure safe, on-time completion per plans and specs.
