Responsibilities

• Manage field operations for a heavy civil construction project guided by safety principles.
• Enforce company and OSHA safety policies; develop site-specific JHA’s and work plans.
• Lead field operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Collaborate with project teams on schedules, work plans, and resource needs.
• Coordinate and supervise crews, forepersons, and daily activities.
• Communicate with owners and their representatives.
• Communicate and collaborate with union representatives.
• Manage materials, equipment, and labor to meet project goals.
• Monitor production, costs, and progress to ensure efficiency.
• Attend project meetings and provide technical guidance.
• Support training and development of field personnel.
