• Demonstrates knowledge of project accounting, controls (cost, schedule, change management), material and subcontract management, safety, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Review project proposals to determine time frame, staffing, and resources across phases.
• Coordinate with department managers to establish work plans and staffing.
• Ensure activities comply with government regulations and contractual obligations.
• Verify estimates based on proposal specifications and project requirements.
• Lead project meetings to communicate needs across functions.
• Supervise activities to meet designs, budgets, and schedules; address deviations.
• Monitor safety programs and quality standards; provide technical guidance.
