Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 10+ years as Project Manager in heavy civil.
• Experience on design-build and large federal or public projects.
• Experience on construction projects with $10M+ values.
• Client-facing project management experience.
• Familiarity with federal, state, or municipal clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor budgets, track costs, and manage financial performance.
• Lead buyout, procurement, subcontractor selection, and contract negotiation.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, inspectors, and field teams.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage project documentation and change orders.
• Provide project cost forecasts and senior leadership reports.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress.
• Review project documents for accuracy and completeness.
