Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of utilities construction experience with increasing management responsibility.
• 10+ years of progressive supervisory/management experience in construction or related industry.
• Experience with Army Corps of Engineers, FAR, and Construction Risk Management preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex construction projects including excavation, utilities, structures and paving.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
• Solid understanding of job costing, budgeting, and financial performance management.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and control operational and construction activities to meet goals.
• Manage manpower, equipment, and assets to ensure efficient project execution.
