Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Superintendent in heavy civil construction.
• Strong background in asphalt paving, site development, underground utilities, or roadway projects.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience with project management and cost tracking software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement.
• Coordinate with Superintendents and field teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Track project costs, change orders, and overall project performance.
• Review plans, specifications, and contract documents.
