The ideal candidate will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair VRF/VRV systems, perform preventive maintenance, read wiring diagrams, and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial VRF/VRV systems
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and system testing
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, controls, and refrigerant issues
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and equipment documentation
• Communicate with customers, facility managers, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Promote safe, professional, and high-quality workmanship
