raise consulting is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on commercial healthcare projects in California. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate schedules, enforce quality and safety standards, and ensure projects meet budget and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction supervision, deep knowledge of hospital construction processes, and the ability to read drawings and specs.

Formación

• 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience.
• Knowledge of HCAI requirements, IOR coordination, inspections, and hospital construction procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily construction activities, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Manage project schedules, site logistics, and construction sequencing.
• Ensure compliance with HCAI regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
• Coordinate inspections, special inspections, and required documentation.
• Maintain strict quality control and jobsite safety standards.
• Lead subcontractor meetings and coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
• Identify and resolve field issues, delays, and constructability challenges.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project management team.
