Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Health Promotion or related field.
• Experience in mental health preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Personal Trainer certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based support to implement client health goals.
• Manage a caseload of about 15 clients and develop InSHAPE plans.
• Coordinate with staff to design and support member plans.
• Deliver fitness training and monitor progress.
• Assist in mentor training and group activities.
• Track participant progress and document activity.
