Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Scan and verify patient documents for EMR accuracy and barcode IDs.
• Analyze inpatient/outpatient records and input data into the system.
• Prepare reports and conduct chart audits as requested.
• Process release of information per hospital policy and regulations.
• Safely handle confidential information and guide staff on policies.
