Job summary

Paycom is seeking an experienced Foreman / Drill Operator to lead an underground utility and drilling crew in Winder, GA. You will operate horizontal directional drills, guide the crew on-site, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities include supervising the crew, tracking progress, and maintaining equipment while complying with OSHA safety rules and company policies. CDL is a plus and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience: minimum 2–4 years operating directional drills and locating utilities.
• Leadership: proven experience as foreman or lead operator.
• Education: high school diploma or equivalent; CDL preferred (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Operate horizontal directional drill rigs and related equipment to place underground utilities.
• Lead and supervise crew on day-to-day site operations.
• Track production, inspect equipment, and report to management.
• Perform daily JSA safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance.
