Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Systems Verification Engineer to drive IP- and SoC-level verification for current and future HBM designs in Richardson, TX.

You will develop verification plans and architecture collateral, participate in customer discussions, and help implement GenAI-assisted verification solutions. You will evaluate pre- and post-silicon issues, contribute to new verification architectures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate design cycles and deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field required.
• 4+ years in verification engineering with digital, analog or mixed-signal work.
• Experience in custom design verification (schematic-based) or RTL verification flows.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement verification plans across IP- and SoC-level for HBM designs.
• Support co-verification of the system and gather feedback from customers.
• Build and improve verification components and GenAI applications for HBM cycles.
• Debug pre-silicon and post-silicon issues and explore new verification architectures.
