Job summary

The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) seeks a Compliance Specialist for Lead Hazard Control & Healthy Homes to ensure agency-wide conformity with laws and standards. • Evaluate the implementation of lead- and healthy homes-related procedures across all areas of the agency.
• Coordinate compliance monitoring related to federal, state, and local laws, including 24 CFR Part 35 and Local Laws.
• Participate in monitoring's and/or audits; work with staff to coordinate, document, and strengthen lead and Healthy Homes hazard compliance.
