Job summary

Dover Fueling Systems is seeking a Senior Validation Engineer to lead and execute comprehensive test programs for embedded software, hardware, and mechanical systems across dispenser-related products.

You will design validation strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive troubleshooting, with a focus on reliability, quality, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement and 7+ years in validation/testing or equivalent.
• Experience leading validation for multidisciplinary hardware systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead validation and testing activities for software embedded, hardware, and mechanical systems.
• Develop validation strategies, test plans, and traceability to requirements.
• Lead complex debugging and root cause investigations.
• Ensure defect tracking and closure with engineering teams.
• Develop and review test procedures and reports.
• Provide technical leadership for regulatory validation testing.
