Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Lead Hardware Returns Specialist to oversee daily processing of defective and customer-owned hardware, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate verification, documentation, and shipping. The role requires leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to mentor a Returns team across multiple campus facilities.

You will drive RMAs, manage inventory movements, and uphold process standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Lead a hardware returns function across multiple facilities.
• Experience in reverse logistics and RMA processes.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day hardware returns operations including workload balancing.
• Verify returned items against records and issue dispositions.
• Submit RMAs and coordinate with vendors for credits or replacements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure timely shipping.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members.
