Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent training in electrical/ mechanical fields.
• 5-7 years of hardware repair or defect analysis in electronics.
• Strong soldering and connector rework experience.
• Experience reading schematics and testing RF systems.

Responsibilities

• Log and triage incoming hardware returns and upgrade requests.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot to isolate faulty subsystems.
• Repair RF assemblies and connectors.
• Support production with firmware updates and calibration.
• Collaborate with engineering for schematics and ECNs.
• Document repair steps and maintain logs.
• Maintain spare parts and tooling inventory.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
