Job summary

Sagemcom is seeking a Senior Hardware Project Manager in our Dallas R&D team to lead end-to-end hardware development of advanced routers and gateway products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across hardware, RF, software, and mechanical domains to deliver innovative broadband devices from concept to mass production.

Qualifications

Engineering degree in Electronics or Telecommunications.
10+ years in design and delivery of complex hardware products.

Responsibilities

Lead hardware development programs for residential broadband devices (routers, gateways, CPE).
Define and validate system architecture balancing performance, cost, manufacturability, and regulatory compliance.
Balance custom design vs. reference design strategies to optimize differentiation, risk, and time-to-market.
Drive Design-to-Cost strategies and optimize BOM and sourcing decisions.
