Job summary

The Genie Company, a division of Overhead Door Corporation, seeks an experienced Hardware Design Engineer to lead the design and development of electronic and motor control systems for residential and commercial products in Dallas, TX.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect, analyze, and document PCB-level control systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive development from concept through production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with 6+ years (MS) or 8+ years (BS) in the field.
• Experience designing analog, digital, and power circuits at PCB level.
• Experience with FCC/UL regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of electronic and motor control systems for Genie products.
• Architect, analyze, and document PCB-level electronic control systems.
