Alt's Operation in Verona, WI is seeking an experienced Hardscape Foreman to lead a crew on paver patios, walls, and outdoor spaces. You will translate site plans into finished builds, manage daily site operations, and mentor newer crew members while delivering high-quality craftsmanship.

Hardscape Foreman | $31–$38/hr

This is an experienced foreman role. You should already be trained in the craft and ready to lead a crew on day one.

What You'll Own

1. Lead a hardscape crew (up to two) installing paver patios, retaining walls, walkways, steps, outdoor kitchens, and fire features that customers show off to their neighbors.

2. Turn site plans into finished builds done right the first time: layout, base prep, grading, and compaction with clean lines your crew takes pride in.

3. Set the standard on site: keep the crew protected, on schedule, and stocked, running daily truck prep and equipment like skid steers, compactors, and saws.

4. Finish every project with pride by leaving each site clean, organized, and ready for the client to enjoy.

5. Build the next generation of talent by training and mentoring newer crew members in the craft that makes an Alt's build stand out.

6. Keep our clients up and running all winter: when the snow flies, you and your crew clear commercial and residential properties during storm events. Snow response is on-call and can include nights, weekends, and holidays during storm events.

What You Bring

-Proven hardscape foreman experience is required. This is not an entry-level or trainee position. -You should come in already trained and able to run a crew with minimal oversight.

-Three to five-plus years in hardscape or landscape construction, with real crew-leadership experience.

-Command of paver patios, segmental retaining walls, and hardscape installation from base to finish.

-The ability to read a site plan and run a job with minimal oversight.

-Comfort operating a skid steer and other equipment (a strong plus, not a dealbreaker).

-The physical ability to be on your feet all day and to lift, carry, and set materials of 50+ lbs (pavers, block, and stone) working outdoors in all seasons.

-A valid driver's license and a clean, insurable driving record.
