Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist to provide specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder on-site. You will evaluate patients, develop plans of care, and supervise students and assistants within a collaborative care team.

The role emphasizes orthotic fabrication, post-surgical rehab, and education for patients on orthoses and recovery expectations. Strong leadership and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish plan of care for hand/upper-extremity rehab.
• Design, fabricate, fit and adjust custom orthoses and splints.
• Provide post-surgical and injury rehabilitation including scar management and return-to-work rehab.
