Job summary

ABM Industries seeks a Director to lead the Hire-to-Retire transformation delivery, aligning strategy, design, data, and technology into executable plans across Industry Group transformations. You will manage readiness, go-live, stabilization, and handoff to BAU, partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and PMO stakeholders to ensure a seamless employee and operator experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in transformation delivery, HR operations, payroll, HR technology, or related discipline.
• Proven success delivering large-scale H2R transformation across multiple units.
• Strong end-to-end H2R knowledge including core HR, payroll, and workforce management.
• Experience leading deployment readiness, testing, cutover, and transition to BAU.
• Exceptional stakeholder leadership and communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end H2R delivery for Industry Group transformations from discovery to stabilization.
• Build and maintain an integrated H2R delivery plan connecting process, policy, data, technology, payroll, and readiness activities.
• Translate enterprise H2R standards into practical deployment requirements for governance and reconciliation.
• Own H2R milestones, scope, risks, and reporting; provide options when readiness is at risk.
• Apply lessons learned from prior deployments to reduce risk and improve field experience.
